Second hand smokers make me extremely ill. Since I came to live in this HUD apartment, there had been neighbors, one after another, who were out with cigarettes. They do not understand my health conditions, and that I have not been able to hold down a job for many years. Amost 60 and I have no family and no children. God, please come help me.
